When chdev command is run simultaneously with iostat, for some of the disks tm_act% is reporting large values.
Local fix
Problem summary
IOSTAT cmd is not showing Sysconfig change message,when n number Of disk(tape/path/device) gets removed and same number of tape (disk/path/device) gets added at the same time when iostat command is running.
Problem conclusion
Check has been added to show sysconfig change message, when any disk/tape/path/device gets added/removed at the same time when iostat command is running.
