Problem
The Content Platform Engine's thumbnail generation service may generate thumbnail images for some documents using the wrong font, or draw some characters as blocks or other shapes or not at all.
Symptom
The generated thumbnail image has fidelity differences related to the font used and character rendering as compared to the document.
