Error description
When setclock is run by user without root authority, it will displays the local date and time as designed, but it will also failed with information "stime failed: Not owner" and exit with 1. This problem happen on 61 and 71, but not 53. $ setclock localhost Wed Oct 31 03:24:49 2012 stime failed: Not owner $ echo $? 1
