Problem
Attempts to start IBM Rational DOORS Server service results in an automatic stop of the service.
Symptom
When you attempt to start the DOORS database Server service which is configured to use a copied DOORS data folder backup then this service may show the status as 'Started', however, it might stop automatically.
You will find the following error recorded in the Event Viewer of the Microsoft Windows operating system in which the DOORS Server service in question is installed.
The DOORS DB Server 9.x service terminated with service-specific error 1 (0x1).
