Problem
Unable to check the backup state for various SAP Servers.
Cause
Administration Assistance Service is not started.
Resolving The Problem
There could be various reasons for this type of error. The most simple one would be to make sure that the Administration Assistance Service is running. If it is running then try recycling it.
The Service on windows platform is called 'AdminAssistant' which starts the AAStart.exe program from the Administration Assistant installation directory.
Once, you are able to connect to the webpage, the backups status of the SAP servers will catch up over time.
