Problem
Import of ABAP transports for SAP agent fails with message IMPORT_NOT_ALLOWED message.
Symptom
The SAP Transport management system (STMS) user interface shows the following in Transport Management System (TMS) Alert Viewer popup:
Command: TMS_MGR_IMPORT_TR_REQUEST
Function: TMS_TP_IMPORT
Message: IMPORT_NOT ALLOWED
Description: 1 of 1 requests do not match the component version of the target system.
