While converting a PR to a PO several PO's are being generated instead
of one.
Steps to replicate
1. Go to the PR application.
2. Insert new. 1028
3. Do not enter anything in the contract reference field.
4. Enter DELL BOSTON as the vendor. Save the application.
5. Go to the PR line tab and add a line for an item that is not on the
lease contract 1006 (vendor is DELL BOSTON)
6. Add a second line for an item on a contract.
7. Add a line for an item not on a contract.
8. Approve the PR.
9. Click select action and choose Create PO.
13. Click auto number 1093 and click OK.
14. View each PR line and check purchase orders created for each PR LINE
PRLINE 1- PO 1093 created for item not on contract
PRLINE 2- PO 1094 created for item on the contract
PRLINE 3- PO 1093 created for item not on contract
Instead of all the lines for the same vendor going to one PO, a PO is being created for each line if there is a contract listed. The system should generate only one PO.
