CCRC 8.0 client connections to WAN Server through Cisco Router failing

Troubleshooting


Problem

This technote describes how to resolve a problem with CCRC connections going through VPN tunnel with Cisco Router, where client connections were not able to connect and use CCRC.

Symptom

A remote user tries to login to CCRC and the server table fills up with multiple user connections in idle state. One user can fill the user table. The remote users can not load their views and use CCRC.
