Problem
Cisco ASA 8.2.3 is not supported and should not be attempted with QRM.
Symptom
In the Configuration Source Management interface, attempting to backup a Cisco ASA device using software v8.2.3 causes the Cisco ASA device to fail due to an SSH issue. Resolving The Problem
Workaround: Upgrade your Cisco ASA device to software v8.2.4 or above.
