Problem
Attempts to access the IBM Rational Change and Configuration Management (CCM) application results in CCM specific features not being available with IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC).
Symptom
Accessing the CCM application from the web UI results in unexpected features being present such as Application Registration which should only be available for the IBM Rational Jazz Team Server (JTS).
