• Admin is using ios_mksysb and trying to add a file_res to the
  object as part if nim bosinst.
  Error text is below:
  nim -o bos_inst -a source=mksysb -a ios_mksysb=vios_sysb -a
   spot=vios_spot -a file_res=f_res

  0042-001 nim: processing error encountered on "master":
  0042-047 m_bos_inst: unable to allocate the "f_res" resource
   because its type cannot be used by "vios" objects
  
  History:  The file_res resource is not in the valid list of
   database rules for vios
