APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When issuing a bosinst where NIM tries to set the
  bootlist,
  the bootlist command fails with the following error msg:
  
  0042-175 c_initiate_bootp: An unexpected result was
  returned by the "/usr/bin/bootlist" command:
  0514-214 bootlist: Invalid combination of attributes
   for entX
  

Local fix

• Set net_settings attribute to "auto auto" if the adapter
  only has speed settings of 1000 or higher.
  

Problem summary

• When issuing a bos_inst operation where NIM tries to set the
  bootlist, the bootlist command fails with the following error
  message:

Problem conclusion

• NIM disregards any media speed settings if Auto_Negotiate or
  Giga speeds are set on the adapter.
