Problem
When you install the Rational DOORS version 9.4.0.1 or later database server on a Windows 2008 server, a "failed to start" error might occur.
Symptom
The following error is displayed during installation, when the service attempts to start:
"Error 1920. Service DOORS DB Server 9.4 failed to start."
