Problem
The following error is seen when accessing an Oracle based Metrics Studio package. 'ocijdbc11 (C:\programdata\oracle\product\11.2.0\32bit_client_1\bin\ocijdbc11.dll is not a valid Win32 application. )' This applies to Cognos Metrics Studio 10.2.x 64 bit Windows installations after applying Cognos BI Server 10.2.x FPx
Symptom
Following error message is seen access Oracle based metrics package:
