IV83311: CP -P ON ENCRYPTED FILE MAY GET EINVAL ERROR

Error description

• The cp -p operation on an encrypted file may get
  an EINVAL error:
  $ cp -rp src_file tgt_file
  cp: tgt_file: Invalid argument
  
  The tgt_file length will be a bit smaller than the
  src_file length and the file size ulimit setting is
  the same as the src_file size or a bit larger.
  

Local fix

• Increase the file size ulimit setting and retry the
  operation.
  

Problem summary

• cp -p command on an encrypted file can get an EINVAL error if
  the ulimit has been set to just above the unencrypted size
  (i.e., the size displayed by ls -l on the file), but below
  the raw size (i.e., the unencrypted size rounded up to the
  FS block size)
