Troubleshooting
Problem
Sterling B2B Integrator (SI) server is being reported as down by Sterling Control Center (SCC) Console, when it is up and running.
Symptom
SCC Console shows SI server and node(s) with 'Server Down' icon.
SCC Engine Log shows error - WARN GISUtil - CGIS048E Error getting data from server.
