AAA-AUT-0011 Invalid namespace was selected error after starting Cognos Connection after deleting AD namespace and adding LDAP namespace

Question

I changed the namespace from AD to LDAP and deleted AD without remapping roles. I could not access Content or System Admin Capabilities. All attempts to delete or add additional active directory namespaces have resulted in the error "AAA-AUT-0011 Invalid namespace was selected" when launching Cognos Connection. Removing active directory namespaces after running AddSysAdminMember.sql gave anonymous access. How can I resolve this issue?
