APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After upgrading to the 1.1.2.115 version of the vwpar
filesets, a vwpar will no longer be able to print.
Viewing console output with  'alog -t console -o'  will
 show this error:

         0 Tue Apr 14 14:36:02 CDT 2015 qdaemon: (FATAL
ERROR): Could not set process credentials (pcred).
Errno = 1: Not owner

Local fix

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • printing does not work in wpar due to lack of domains. Howeve
domains are not supported in wpar. So proper checks need to
be added in wpar

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Add proper checks so that domain related privs
are not checked in wpar
