BPXP018I THREAD errors reported when using Connect:Direct z/OS ISPF interface

Troubleshooting


Problem

After cloning Connect:Direct z/OS to a new LPAR, began getting intermittent error when attempting to use Connect:Direct z/OS ISPF panels BPXP018I THREAD 1D95740000000001, IN PROCESS xxxx, ENDED WITHOUT BEING UNDUBBED WITH COMPLETION CODE 940C4000 , AND REASON CODE 00000010. Sometimes the error is received right away and sometimes you are able to get at the panels and the error is received when exiting Connect:Direct z/OS panels.

Symptom

When attempting to use Connect:Direct z/OS ISPF panels these error messages appeared: BPXP018I THREAD 1D95740000000001, IN PROCESS xxxx, ENDED WITHOUT BEING UNDUBBED WITH COMPLETION CODE 940C4000 , AND REASON CODE 00000010. Sometimes the error is received right away and sometimes you are able to get at the panels and the error is received when exiting Connect:Direct z/OS panels
