Error description

• OA50599 added code to issue message when ABEND002-05 occures:
  IEC036I 002-05,IGG019FZ,... when such condition occures to
  externalize the problem.
  
  The Message is a double line message.
  If the JOBNAME and STEPNAME are long, it might happen that
  VOLSER is truncated.
  
  Example how it should occure:                              Line:
