Troubleshooting
Problem
Customer is changing Controller version, for example downgrading from Controller 10.1.1 to 10.1.0. Customer uninstalls 10.1.1 client from device (e.g. desktop PC) and then installs Controller 10.1.0 client (CCRLocalClient.MSI). Afterwards, user launches Controller. User tries to use Excel-based functionality. User receives error message.
Symptom
