• PGM=IEBPDSE with PARM=PERFORMPENDINGDELETE option does not
  remove members in pending delete status despite the reported
  IGW705I Pending Delete Records Processed received.

  *                      message indicating pending delete       *
  *                      records were removed, however the       *
  *                      records remain.                         *

  During pending delete processing, an extend of the dataset is
  required and failed because the secondary allocation field was
  not yet populated by open processing.
  

Problem conclusion

• For the PERFORMPENDINGDELETE path, IEBPDSE gets the secondary
  allocation field populated before processing begins. The IGW705I
  message has been modified to possibly indicate 0 records
  removed. Return and reason codes have been added to the message
  if return code is non zero. Pub changes submitted are listed
  below.
