Error description
Predictive Failure Analysis (PFA) collection fails with RC28. systemName.COLLECT.LOG in the PFA zfs for PFA_COMMON_STORAGE_USAGE will contain the following messages: Started data collection at 11/24/2015 17:17:11 AIRHMCSA: Process the CSA GQEs are failed. Data table is full. AIRHMCSC: AIRH1CSA return code ->00000028 This is occurring because a table PFA collects data in from VSM owncomm data has reached its capacity. If owncomm data, GQEs, represent more then 1279879 entries, the collection for PFA_COMMON_STORAGE_USAGE will fail.

Comments
Code will be changed in a future release to handle the scenario where the table can fill so that collections will be successful with large numbers of storage obtains. The number of storage obtains required to be active for the original problem to occur was over 1.27 million. The APAR fix was provided in hbb77a0.
