Problem
A DataStage job using a Teradata Multiload stage fails, indicating it is unable to start the MultiLoad process . Teradata Mload report file indicates a missing library np_axsmod.
Symptom
A DataStage job using a Teradata Multiload stage fails with the following error in the job log:
Teradata MLoad error Unable to start MultiLoad process : MultiLoad failed: Check MultiLoad report /home/dsadm/testmload.rpt for details
In the testmload.rpt file, the following error is observed:
UTY4019 Access module error '3' received during 'access module open' operation:
'Requested Access Module not found' Access Module Name : 'np_axsmod.so'.
