Error description
When a hyperswap occurs and the secondary PPRC device (old PPRC primary) is in a soft fenced state, the soft fenced status is not displayed in DEVSERV PATHS. Also, soft fenced status is not displayed in DEVSERV QDASD when the volume is offline. DS QD QHA (query host access) doesn't display information if the control blocks have not been built by the host because none of the devices have been previously online.
