OA44457: Z/OS DLA creating incorrect IpAddress instances in IdML books

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This is related to resolving the hostname of localhost on
  the system.
  There must not be an entry for it in the domain name server. As
  a result, we can't resolve that name to it's correct address.

  So, the idmlload.sh seems to return rc=0, but nothing is loaded.

• setting an entry for "localhost" in a name server that can be
  accessed from the z/OS system,

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  Some IpAddress configuration items contain no StringNotation
  attribute, making them incorrectly named configuration items.
  
  The actual ip address is not being resolved from the system
  via a domain name server. In this case, the IpAddress object
  should not be created in the IdML book.
  

Problem conclusion

• The z/OS DLA has been changed to prevent the output of
  IpAddress configuration items that do not contain a valid
  ip address.
