Exporting an IBM Rational DOORS module to Microsoft Word 2007 results in error CRCRD5311W: OLE method failed

Problem

When using IBM Rational DOORS 9.3.0.6 client on a Microsoft Windows 7 platform and trying to export to Microsoft Office 2007, there is an error saying: CRCRD5311W: OLE method failed. "OLE problem. The Add method or property is not available because permission for this document is currently restricted. OLE error code -2146823683 Do you want to continue?" The error happens when trying to export a module to Microsoft Word from DOORS and in the same time (or prior to that) the user is selecting a Word doc (without opening it) and the Windows Explorer has the following option selected: "Show preview handlers in preview pane". When all these factors exist the error comes up and in the background an empty Microsoft Word windows is opening.
