Problem
Attempts to login through the IBM Rational ClearQuest web client result in "Error from RPC server: Not-found error".
Symptom
The full error message is as follows:
Error from RPC server: Not-found error: CRMCU0027E An error was detected retrieving information from the Clearquest database. There is a reference to an object that does not exist:
Object Type: Bucket
Object: 33721412
This error was detected at: Clearquest Core:adworkspacemgr.cpp:873
Recommendation: If you cannot determine how to resolve this issue, contact Rational Support and provide all the above information as well as a description of the context in which the message occurred.
