Problem
DataStage Parallel job has a Transformer Stage that utilises the looping function. When the job is run, the DataStage server becomes unresponsive up to the point that it will no longer accept telnet/ssh sessions. The server has to be restarted by powering it off and on again.
Symptom
Once the job with the looping function in the Transformer Stage is started, the DataStage server will become unresponsive as the job progresses. Eventually the server becomes totally unresponsive and needs to be rebooted.
