Error description

  • manage_disk_drivers terminates abnormally when the device
name given is not found in the PdAt database. The problem has
shown itself due to multiple names refering to the same
device. As an example, the DS5100 is also known as a DS5300.
At the moment, the PdAt database does not have an entry for
the DS5300.

Problem summary


    

  • manage_disk_drivers terminates abnormally when the device
name given is not found in the PdAt database. The problem has
shown itself due to multiple names refering to the same
device. As an example, the DS5100 is also known as a DS5300.
At the moment, the PdAt database does not have an entry for
the DS5300.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • An entry for the DS5300 will be added to the PdAt database.
The program will be changed to prevent an abnormal
termination in this situation.
