  • EEH error reported on the Error log.
For IB adapters, currently, the user needs to
stop an close all applications and reload the device driver.
(rmdev -l iba0).
But due to a bug in the device driver, the device driver
will not be able to be unloaded because it will looks like
busy.

  • Fix a close routine in the device driver that kept an
infinite loop leaving the adpater in a busy state.
