outgoing packets will have source port equal to 0.

outgoing packets will have source port equal to 0.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Add capability to sctp_bindx to be able to bind to the port
specified by the user.  If the user does not specify any
port, bind to an ephemeral port.
