Local fix

Problem summary

  • System may crash when running smtctl -m on on POWER7 platform
    if the system is booting with less than 4 SMT threads.

Problem conclusion

  • hange the way gserver/server data array initialized by
    counting the actual number of SMT threads. This is only needs
    to be done when SMT is enabeld.
