migraton of a wpar may fail due to DEAD files within NFS v4 mounted directory. The DEAD files within NFS is triggered by server reboot. This is really not a defect because if WPAR has a DEAD file, the migration will still fail. This defect will move the failure to the checkpoint time instead of restart time.
