Closed as program error.
Error description
APARs IZ56773 and IZ32865 modified 5 filesets. Even if one of the filesets is not at the right level, it can cause unexpected system hang. One of the problem reported is, gil can hang in intpri 3 waiting for a lock that is held by another process. Because of the requisite problem, the intpri is not synchronized for updates by different threads.
Local fix
Apply all the filesets for IZ56773 or its sister APAR.
Problem summary
System may crash when bos.net.tcp.client is at 6.1.2.5 and bos.mp64 is at 6.1.2.4 and we remove the default route.
Problem conclusion
Fix the requisites to create dependencies in between the filesets in question.
