Error description
WPAR migration fails when Asynch IO is in progress. If checkpoint/migration is issued on a WPAR when AIO is in progress, pending IOs will be checkpointed in _aio_suspend_io(). When MCR tries to queue these pending IO during restart, ardwr() blocks queueing any IO requests when the IO is suspended and hence WPAR migration fails.
Local fix
Problem summary
WPAR migration fails when Asynch IO is in progress. If checkpoint/migration is issued on a WPAR when AIO is in progress, pending IOs will be checkpointed in _aio_suspend_io(). When MCR tries to queue these pending IO during restart, ardwr() blocks queueing any IO requests when the IO is suspended and hence WPAR migration fails.
Problem conclusion
ardwr() checks for the IO status in order to avoid queueing new IO requests when the IOs are suspended. However, it's not required to block the IOs if they are from WPAR restart process. So, a flag "KAIO_REQTYPE_Q_CHKPTED_PENDIO" will be set for the pending IOs during checkpoint and ardwr() will be modified to allow queueing the requests when this flag is set.
Temporary fix
