Error description
The REST command is not correctly processed by ftpd when its argument is larger than 2**31. The command by itself is accepted, but the following RETR operation fails with the error message "550 ftpd: stream restart failed in retrieve(TYPE_I or L)". This happens even though the file is larger than 2 Gbyte, and the argument to the REST command was below the size of the file.
