Problem

Attempts to add a service type link from IBM Rational Team Concert, Rational Quality Manager or Rational Design Manager to Rational DOORS results in the error "GET failed with http code 401 and invalid_consumer_key".

Symptom

You will get the following error when adding a service link type:
