Once a corruption has occurred, it is not easy to determine what exactly caused this corruption. The purpose of this document is not to find out why it occurred but where the corruption stands.
While opening a model, there are several messages that can indicate there is a corruption in the model :
TR1102 Transformer detected a model error at line in file
TR1101 Transformer detected a syntax error at line in file
TR3110 An unknown error has occurred during the operation
The two first messages do contain a clear line number, where the corruption resides, so this document will deal with error TR3110 that is not giving any useful information.
Before treating these messages as a symptom of corruption, the following points have to be verified :
- Are we sure that the version of Transformer is equal to or higher than the version of the model file ?
- Are we sure there is no old corrupted model temporary files that could prevent Transformer to open a model properly ? (all files '*.QYJ' may have to be deleted before running Transformer)
The rest of the document assumes this has been verified.
