Problem
Attempts to open an IBM Rational DOORS module result in the error, "failed to load module attributes...".
Symptom
The full error message is as follows: C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\9.x\data\v6\...\...\m000xxxxx.mod\current.ver\types.dtc
CRCRD5161E: Failed to load module attributes:No such file or directory
