Problem
[Simplified Chinese] 在连接到一个在 Windows 上运行的 IBM Rational ClearQuest Web 8.0 服务器的情况下，在显示许可证使用信息时会出现错误。在使用 Rational ClearQuest 7.1.2 时，使用 lmutil 命令会出现同样的错误。
Symptom
