Problem

Followed instructions in InfoCenter for Changing the WebSphere Application Server HTTP Port but the Information Server Web Console will not open.

Symptom

Followed instructions in InfoCenter for Changing the WebSphere Application Server HTTP Port but the Information Server Web Console will not open.

Error message displayed when attempting to open the Web console is:

SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle /ibm/iis/console has not been defined.

and

SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle /RegistrationServlet/registration has not been defined.
