Error description

• IRO0054E RECONCOPY FAILED, REASON: DELETE FAILED FOR RECON COPY
  was received when attempting to delete RECON copy and
  reallocate.  The reason the delete failed is
  IDC3023I UNEXPIRED PURGE DATE
  IDC3009I ** VSAM CATALOG RETURN CODE IS 84 - REASON CODE IS
  IGG0CLFK-0
  
  An attempt to delete an entry failed because its expiration date
  has not been reached, and the DELETE command did not specify the
  PURGE option.
  

Local fix

• Manually delete the RECON copies.
