PM94745: RMA: 'MARK AS READ' FUNCTION NO LONGER WORKING

Error description

• When testing RMA after applying Base PTFs
  UK92970+UK94549+UK95215 the functionality "Mark as Read" of an
  received RMA answer does not work anymore.
  
  Although in the RMA record list the conversation symbol does not
  show any longer "action required", when opening the
  conversation, the received RMA answer is still marked with the
  "+" sign and the right-button-menu still offers "Mark as Read"
  as an action. Therefore you can mark an answer multiple times as
  read, without an effect on the conversation. But the
  conversation history and DNI_A_EVENT entry display the repeated
  "Mark as Read" actions.
  
  Additionally in the conversation list, even a sent(!) answer is
  displayed with the "+" sign and the right-button-menu also
  offers "Mark as Read" as an action! You can even press "Mark as
  Read" without getting an error message, but also without any
  consequence - the display of the answer does not change nor is
  it recorded in the history, that the sent answer was marked as
  read.
