Error description

• A DB2 batch job has issued an MQCLOSE with
  MQCO_DELETE_PURGE against a dynamic queue,
  while there were large amount of messages on
  the queue (16,530,997 messages on the queue).
  This has resulted in a large number of locks
  needing to be obtained in order to delete
  the messages on the queue, which has resulted
  in the above-the-bar storage being exhausted
  (based on the current MEMLIMIT specification)
  and has lead to the 5C6-00E20045 abends.
