Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Freeze status is accepted in VPCEHSMO   *
*                      for Planned Hyperswap when it should    *
*                      only be allowed in Unplanned HS         *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
A freeze event occurring after the start of the Script doe not
prevent a subsequent HYPERSWAP step to be done.

Problem conclusion

  • VPCEHSCR would be changed to not execute the HS monitor if the
HS status is disabled. If VPCEHSMO is already started then the
FRZ status would be not allowed.

DISABLED EITHER BY ISSUING THE HYPERSWAP OFF COMMAND OR LOADING
