Problem conclusion

• A new control block CSQDSLRK and a new macro routine CSQVLSJR
  have been added and CSQJRS01, CSQJRS02, CSQJRS03, CSQJRS04,
  CSQJRS05, and CSQJRS06 altered to use them. This results in
  the stack storage being set up when the log is opened.
