PM42106: GDPS OPERATOR ID AUTLXM CAUSES MSG CNM536W DURING LOAD OF INGMSGGP

Error description

• After migration from SA/390 V3R2 to V3R3 and GDPS V3R7M2 to
  V7R3M3 we
     observe the following error messages starting GDPS:
     DSI412I THE FOLLOWING ERRORS ENCOUNTERED IN PROCESSING
  DSIPARM MEMBER
     INGMSGGP
     CNM536W OPERATOR ID "AUTLXM" SPECIFIED FOR ROUTE KEYWORD IS
     UNKNOWN
  

Local fix

• In order to prevent the reported error, define the AUTLXM
  operator to RACF, even though there is no xDR configuration.
  Note that since the task will not be started, there will be
  no sockets communication, so an OMVS segment is not required
  for AUTLXM.
