  IROERC10 marks both the primary & secondary image copies in
  error when SOURCE(SECLOG) is specified.  SOURCE(SECLOG) should
  allow both primary & secondary image copies to be used.
  

Problem conclusion

• IROERC10 is changed to invalidate Image Copies correctly
  depending on the SOURCE parameter specified.
