SFTP Client End Service throws EDU.oswego.cs.dl.util.concurrent.TimeoutException

Troubleshooting

Problem

You are trying to connect to your TP over SFTP and can do so with FileZilla and all other clients thus far but not with Sterling B2B Integrator. You actually can connect but the problem is on the End Session. Sterling B2B Integrator connects and issues a CD which returns "no such file" so Sterling B2B Integrator issues the End Session and starts the timer for 30 seconds but times out after 10 seconds. Even after changing the response timeout in the Client End Service to 90 seconds the End Service will still timeout after 10 seconds and go into an endless WAITING_ON_IO loop and never finish.
